Here’s an opportunity to review why we communicate the way we do - An invitation to unlearn the conditioned modes of communication and re-establish our natural and heart-centred way of connecting with self and others.
Are you curious about any of the following questions? Are you seeking some alternate ways of being? How would it be to connect with what is alive within and respond from there rather than react from a confused or disconnected space?
Is it possible to listen without judgement and communicate with authenticity and ease to strengthen relationships and establish trust between individuals?
How can we transform our communication from blame, criticism and conflict into compassionate communication and co-operative problem solving?
How can I empower myself to establish a process where all stakeholders’ 'needs' may be met or at least acknowledged in a harmonious and satisfactory manner instead of managing with our usual approach to opt for a compromise.
If yes, then please join us for the NVC explorations at Tapovan, Udaipur from 21st to 25th September ‘13

About Reena Ginwala:
Reena was initiated into Nonviolent Communication when she met the founder, Dr Marshall Rosenberg at the 'Nonviolent Communication International Intensive Training' 2006 in Pune. Since then she has explored it and learnt different aspects of NVC from many trainers. Her keen interest to understand how humans function in groups and how they relate to themselves was further enriched through training in Process Work, Vipassana, Kabir and The Artist’s Way. She supports individuals to review, redefine and redesign their adult life from a deeper understanding of self. She believes, this empowers individuals to engage creatively and meaningfully with the multiple realities in their life spaces. She initiated SOUL SPACES, to reach out to parents, corporate executives, NGO volunteers, teachers, students, youth and homeschoolers; since the past 15 years.
